Which Bluetooth Adapater -

Hi all,
I am being a little lazy. I have a F10 M5 with a JB4 which I installed a few years ago. Off the top of anyone head which Bluetooth adapter do I need? The one with the external power wire or the one within the connector? Or is it jb4 mother board dependant? Many thanks!!

Yeah i thought it maybe one board only... given it's a newer f10!! not an n54

Would need a photo of the board. There was an old and new board type.
