New firmware update problems -

Hi,
I have N20 BMW 320i MSport 2018 ActiveFlex in Brazil with JB4 EWG Cable with JB4 Wireless Mobile Smartphone kit (2.4.4) on Iphone 7 IOS 13.5.1 and Map 6. After update to the new firmware N20_OBDII_EWG_7 some times the gauges is freeze. I disconnect and reconnect the app e the gauges back to work again. I was check all connections and looks be ok. Another point, some times during a log, JB4 change from map 6 to map4. After seconds, return to map 6. No codes and nothing like wrong. It is appear in the log parameters, but we don't see nothing what was exceed the limits. I was reinstall the firmware but the issues remain the same. I have thinking to make a downgrade to the old firmware but a cant find it anywhere. The app don't show anymore the lasts firmware.

I see you emailed in, get your issue sorted? May need to turn on CANbus slower speed by turning on options bit7.

Hi Terry, Bit7 enabled did not solve the problems. Nothing changed!
Another suggestion? Reinstall the firmware update?

The JB4 log of the problem would have all the settings in it as well. So that is all we need.
