So I've got a 2008 335i and replaced bank 2 Index 7 injectors with Index 12 along with OFHG and serpentine belt. Used Pro Tools to code them and double and triple checked the numbers. Now when I go to start the car I get these codes:

29D0: Misfire cylinder 4

29D1: Misfire cylinder 5

29D2: Misfire cylinder 6

2E1C: Firing, Cylinder 5

Shadow Codes:

2FCA: Fuel high pressure

2FDA: Crankshaft sensor, signal missing

When I started the car it did take a couple seconds for it to start and then had a rough idle. The car has never had an issue starting up before. All parts were purchased through FCPEuro. I'm on MHD Stage 2+ with MSD80 if that's any help. Any thoughts on why I'm misfiring and suddenly it's taking longer to crank?

The first start after replacing injectors is always extremely rough and will often throw several codes due to air in the system, etc. Some adaptation time may be required or an adaptation reset.

If the issues persist there could be an installation problem. Either way I would first check your wiring due to the CPS code, maybe a connector was bumped or left loose during your work as you did several repairs.
