Does anyone else get turbo flutter when letting off the gas under higher loads?

Mine started doing this recently, and it's not even when I'm letting the gas off hard, it seems to happen even if I ease off the gas (though if I ease off slowly enough, it doesn't happen at all).

I haven't changed any settings recently. I'm thinking it could be a failing recirculation valve, but I want to address it because I know it's stressful on the turbos. To this end i'm considering changing to a full atmospheric BOV (like the TIAL setup BMS offers) or an adjustable recirculation / atmospheric setup.

Not had any issues on ours, but we also run the Tial BOV.

Thanks for the input. I'm confident at this point that one of the recirculation valves is in the process of dying, because it went away. I am trying to be gentle letting off the gas when I'm boosting though.

You know what they say about problems that go away by themselves...
