the car is a 2009 bmw 335i 6 speed manual
mods : Jb4,Dci's, Bms BEF, Running e40, New 335is clutch.
3 pulls were made @102f outside temp... after 1 hr run car on dyno again and the outcome was 420hp, 520tq. @ 19.5 psi. i will post new dyno data sheet after couple mods coming up.. it should be around 540hp @22psi. 5xxtq.

Im assuming you meant 440whp, 120whp off 3 psi would be insane

I expect this is all crank horse power.
You wouldn't get 500whp from stock turbos on a proper dyno.
UK FBO 335i, ̶V̶T̶T̶ ̶G̶C̶s̶ China 19T, JB4, PI meth, BMS CP, OCC, Braided brake lines. Diff Lockdown. TMAP sensor, custom bucketless stage2
11.79@119mph on stockers, CP meth (UK, Santa Pod)
11.74@129mph on GCs, custom port meth injection.

this is not crank horse power is to the wheels and yes you can go over 500 on stock turbos if you know how to build your car and have a professional tuner that knows what he is doing!

I have heard 500whp is possible on stockers but they will live a short life. I say no way to 540WHP regardless of any magical tune.
335i FBO,Meth,JB4,Sutphin flash,LSD,GCLites 11.25@127.4 on NT05R
335xi FBO,Meth,JB4,Sutphin flash,VTT stage1 11.38 1/4 - 7.30 1/8th - 3.35 0 to 60 @ 0C

its not only about the tune. you also have to have proper fuel such as upgraded fuel pump Lpfp and add port injection on your hpf side + adjust other components w jb4 as needed based on logs.... and yes it its possible 540hp on a cold day lets say weather temps 65F.. @22psi on a fbo 335i ... keep on mind anything more than 22 its not reccomended since turbos dont make any more pwr...

How much boost are you hoping to see at redline to make 540WHP?

Besides all bolt ons, you will need port injection, and a stage 3 low pressure fuel pump, along w a good tuner who can fine tune boost target. At certain rpms etc.. Also make sure all your spark plugs are up to date ign coils, get colder plugs. Step 2. At least .
