Changing Tranny Fluid -
02-03-2018, 03:36 PM
Question/ I have a 135I and it is time to change my transmission fluid.
Car -86,000 miles. What is the best fluid I can put.
1-Liqui Moly.
2-Red-Line
or stay with factory fluid.
I heard some people putting red line and transmission slipping.
Liqui Moly is used in the GTR cars , is very sticky to the clutches,
but I have not seen any reviews yet on the N54 tranny .Any suggestions.

I have tried redline once when doing valvebody upgrade.
I can't tell you if it was better then OEM or not as my AT started slipping at 620 wheel torque.
