Though this is all an academic exercise. If you are running your turbos to the max, it doesn't much matter if target perfectly matches or is over boost, as you are hardware limited.

I've run 35psi targets with FF and DB maxed just to see what the absolute max I was for the stock snails at 7500 ft. Never even got close.

TARGET is not where i want it. its too high, but when i lower target through additive, it lowers my overall boost. does it need more time to learn ? i figured over 4 runs would be o.k. ? i cleared adaptions when i installed 4 bar, also set tmap to "2" in user settings, is there anything else that needs to be changed ? any values anywhere ?
map6, is this a better option ? if so, does additive play a role in map 6 at all ?

quick log from last night. this was into 45 min of aggresive driving just enjoying the fresh evening air. so keep in mind heat soak.

compared to this one that actually has a higher FF.......but lower additive

First we need to get target where it is wanted, then go from there.

Either map 6 or map 3. Additive does not affect map 6, it is absolute values.

ok log i posted ending in _37. csv is what i like for actual values. so how can i bring my target down to that level, BUT not drop off in boost ????

you do see what im talking about now within the 2 last logs, correct ? both are map 3, the 1 with additive 50 is overall lower actual boost, the 1 with 70 add, raised my boost to what im used to seeing. and if i lower add, i lower my overall boost with it so REGARDLESS, i am under boosting since 4 bar install. funny thing is the one with 70 add actually has a lower FF !!

Yes, but.... One step at a time. Get target where you want it, and then we can get boost to match that target. You might be under now, but we have to get target done first, then go from there.

Once you have target set correctly, we can get boost to come up.

ok, im with it............ive always ran map 3. continue map 3 or switch to map 6 ?

on a side note, why with the 4 bar all this confusion ?

and did i really need a upgraded tmap then ? spending time and money to STRUGGLE to be exactly, where i once was makes no sense unless im going to gain something from this ?
