Whoops. I just realized what you mean Steve. Yes it should be on 6! I will update tomorrow.

Jayock I don't plan on running more boost for daily. Maybe if I go racing I would, push it up to maybe 20psi or something.

Have you seen this for the single turbo firmware???

Map 0: Disables JB4. Required for any flashing or OBDII diagnostics.
Map 1: Wastegate spring, throttle closure over 17psi (also safety map)
Map 2: 17psi
Map 3: 20psi
Map 4: 23psi
Map 5: 26psi
Map 6: User definable map
Map 7: 28psi
Map 8: Meth progression from 17psi to 30psi

The only thing saving your bacon right now is the fact that your boost safety limit is set to 19.

Yeah, sorry I forgot the St maps were different. I'll change it to map 6 and do some more logs.

New runs done and log done on map 6. It is strange that I am not hitting target in second gear?

I can't find any denatured alcohol locally. I can get a water/meth premix ordered in off ebay, stuff called boost juice. I will get some of that ordered this week. Once I get the tune sorted I can add the water/meth then use anti-lag to get off the line stronger and I will take it out to the drags to see what I can do.

I have been thinking about the turbo that the previous owner has put on this car. I don't have lots of money to change the whole thing, but the GT3582r has a 0.82 rear housing on it. I can quite cheaply change that for a 0.63. I have read enough to know what this would do on a normal engine, but what about the N54?

I think you'd be better off understanding how to run and optimizing what you already have.

Timing on cylinder 4 is taking a dive. Not great.

PWM and FF are low in 2nd gear, but FF/WG Adaption setting is at 150. Which is strange. First time I've seen that. But it is possible with the single that 2nd goes by too fast to hit full boost.

Might have to ping Steve or Terry on that.

Give us a full 3rd gear, and maybe even 4th if possible to take a look.

OK! So after taking the car in to get new exhaust manifold gaskets installed, turns out the manifold was bent! had to cut it up and straighten it. Then added braces. 3 weeks later and a big hole in my pocket. I have the car back.

I installed some NGK 5992's at 0.024. I have the coolingmist water/meth kit running now with Snow Performance Boost Juice filled. Steve from BMS has helped me with some settings. We have had a bit of a cold spell here so I waited for it to warm up again.

Done some runs and took some logs. I had the meth coming in at 12psi but noticed that the boost curve had a huge dip in the middle of the ramp. I lowered it some and VOILA! here is the latest log on MAP 8!

There is a dip in the timing under boost but Steve said he is not concerned about it.

Now if only I could sort out the anti-lag to build boost and get off the line faster. My 0-60mph times are still 5 seconds.

Looks pretty normal, timing isn't perfect but not bad. If you are going to be increasing boost, you're probably going to need to gap those plugs smaller.

I have no intention to increase boost. I am happy with where I am now. I just need to work on the anti-lag. I followed the instructions and copied the settings on the required sections across from the latest e85 map and the anti-lag is working but not generating any boost when I stall it up in first gear.

It works higher in the rev range but not for off the line. I don't think I will use it while moving as we don't do rolling racing here, just for getting off the line. Steve would you have any suggestions as to what settings I should use? I can send you the map I am using currently or take some pictures?

Sorry, I haven't played with that. Others that have would have to chime in.

OK, I will continue to do research. Thanks for all your help Steve. You have transformed this car for me and I am over the moon with it.
