Did the running rich part happen when you did deepees ? Or was it a prior issue ?
Sidenote, be careful with Seal Beach cops. They go after STOCK exhaust if they are a lil loud .

Sounds like 02 issues. Something must have gone wrong during install. Any codes popping up ?
Yeah, I go the long way around and avoid S.B. MOST of the time. Every now and then I risk it, but they already got me once so.....

Hard to say. Seems like CLDP Codes. Without the car in front of me its just a guessing game. Does it boost the same ? Any loss in power ? Possible waste gate rattle more pronounced with deepees ?

Boost feels a little bit sluggish, and the wg rattle seemed a little bit louder after deepees’s

I would check v band clamps. Its possible they are in the way of the actuator arms. Wastegates are normally open. So it may look fine, until you try and boost.

I'm reaching, but any chance the cats were cut out and a piece of metal got into the exhaust, causing a partial blockage?
Like THE BEAST says, focus on the actuators.
Maybe get a log at 1500 RPM, WOT, high gear so you have time to hit target boost.
Then another at 4500 RPM, WOT, high gear so boost and target can be evaluated.
Then a log in 3rd from 1500 to 6500 RPM to see how the target and value track - this may help expose if there is an actuator interruption or exhaust restriction.
Just a layman's thoughts.

Wow. Didn't think it was an option these days.
I guess I did read that above... just didn't register.
Get it. It'll change your world ... and make troubleshooting easier.
End of message. Sigh.

agree. It sounds like something mechanical dude.
honestly the maracca/ rattle sounds like the time I had weld on a baffle pop loose inside one of my exhaust cans. I really think its something mechanical in your piping, and possibly in combination with an exhaust leak.
probably not what you wanted to hear but I would go through the exhaust, maybe tap on the mufflers/resonators/cats when they are cold, and when they are warm (be careful of course).
when my baffles popped loose i could only hear them once the exhaust was at full operating temperature, which made it extra baffling (sorry, had to) when I would tap on the cans when the vehicle was cold.

Listened to the video, sounds like an exhaust leak. I would guess you either forgot the O ring at the ******** turbo connection or possibly where it bolts to the exhaust.
My guess is at the turbo though as it would explain your codes
