Thinking $6k for a 2008 535xi? I still owe on it

5yr old, and 2yr old twins. I can't keep working on this car anymore. This is a sad day.

Should I leave it modded and hope that an enthusiast would buy it? Go back to stock? Trade it in?

Located in New England, has been driven every winter.
104k miles and gaining, this is my daily. Has also been my project.
JB4, MHD BEF, xHP ST3. Stock twins.
Custom stock axle back with electric cut-out
Stock down p ipe, stock mid muffler
Burger DCI, OCC, CP, BOV, VDO boost gage
5" IC, replaced all stock piping with custom tubes and couplers
New stock plugs, new rotors+pads
19" staggered BremmerKraft BR14's with summer tires
17" stock BMW 5-spoke with all seasons
Alignment this year
All fluids done at 90k miles
Oil cooler gasket, oil filter housing gasket, valve cover gasket, PCV, walnut blast, vacuum lines, boost solenoids, check valves, vanos solenoids, various radiator hoses.

Well taken care of, but the list of maintenance never ends. Currently have another oil leak/weeping from somewhere... rear window anti trap error... turbos are getting tired...

Just as much love and attention my kids need, so to does this car.
