why are you saying you are not a fan of pi ,, pi is the most beneficial things you can have for your hp fuel system. having just an upgraded lpfp its not enough if you want to go big. make sure you get someone that knows n wire the p.i properly.. i have heard lot of cases where people are having issues and this is bcause the installer dosnt know how to install it properly n wire it to the dme(jb4)..

This means you need to make 473wtq at 6000 rpm to make 540whp...unless you plan to make peak power even earlier.

Trust me. Did it on E50 and port meth injection about 2 years ago.

The stock turbos compressor wheels are just too small. I ran 23 psi on them for a long time.

The stock lpfp is under gunned, hence the upgraded 450lph versions for stage 2 or stage 2 bucketless but you are feeding a crappy hpfp. You need port injection or meth injection to help it. But don't believe this 540whp story

maybe you wernt able to bcause of your set up. and i have done it on full e85 in the past .. maybe you need to get more fuel lets say 3 450 Walbros on your lpfs and on your hp side have pi and double barrell hpfp anything is possible as long as you know what you are doing

you can have 2 hpfp if you know what you are doing also port injection to conpenssate under wot

Well someone knows what's going on out there. This is good hard info about the capacity of stock turbos. This give me hope that stage ones can run at 500whp at a safe level with proper fueling.

The wgdc doesn't mean much. You can screw the wastegate arms in tight to lower the vacuum needed to close them.

The stock turbos are something like 10T TD03s. I think people are wasting their time airming for 500WHP with them. I did around 477WHP in 2016. Like E50 fuel with meth injection. You only need to see the compressor chart to realise it's an uphill battle.
