torr can you post the csv for that log, hard to read the log with the picture. But it looks like you are still running that thing very lean. I am sure it feels good, but wont that generate a bunch of heat? Maybe that is why the turbo failed.

What, you dont think 2000F+ exhaust gases mixed with a STUPID pre turbine pressure ratio is good for turbo life???
Might want to log with MHD to see more variables.
Like PURE said, this is a pump fighting a pump. The turbofold sucks, PS2 is amazing but turbofold causes inefficencies that cant be overlooked at some point. Consider I made nearly 100 more WHP at same pressure..... EFR 7670 vs PS2. Comes at a cost though, both capex and opex (more of a pain to install). So each needs to make there own call.
If I wanted more than 500 WHP, or if I wanted to daily at this level, I would ONLY go with one of the stage 3 options.
I am waiting for someone to take a PS2 for B58 and adapt to N55 with OEM hardware. To me this would be pretty close to the stage 3 products. B58 turbofold and turbo is MUCH better.

I was wrong, Sorry for the confusion.
The turbo is still perfect and the problem was a broken rod.
I am aware I was pushing it way to far and I guess that my favorite thing to do is tear my car apart.
Props to Pure on their stage 2, it is able to run up to 35 PSI.

Lol. Daym, you put the hw though the ringer, that’s for sure! So what’s your plan, stick bottom end again?
Btw, appreciate you coming back and posting updates. Always nice to know how things end up.

Your car is dual 2.5”. He is referring to the 1er that goes from duals to a single 2.5” at the y pipe. We are going from the two duals to a 3.5” single for the 1er. Made a big difference for us.

Your afr doesn't look bad at all in that log. 12.6 to 12.7 is pretty normal. Any idea what caused the rod to let go? Are you running full E85 with PI?

4600rpm +31psi brake rod because you shifted manually at 5900rpm as when you have oem turbo
amazing that you could obtain +24.5psi from PS2.
+21psi PS2 is 100wgdc and W.R of fastest is running 23~24psi.
