Hello !!! I have a 2008 bmw 135i with DCT, my car has the 7.5 vrsf hd fmic, **, relocation inlets, dci, stage2 fuel it lpfp, jb4+mhd bef, and running 45% e85. However, I'm currently running 487whp/532lb/tq. I heard that once reached the 600whp range, I will need to add the fuel port inyection kit? Anyone has any idea if this is true or not? The kit it's like 1200 and don't want to spend some money on an unnecessary upgrade. Any advice or direction would be appreciate it

Your peaking already.
Rather adding more fuel get bigger turbos.

Around 600hp your hpfp will say no. Stage 2lpfp should be enough

You need to log to see where you currently stand but highly unlikely to reach 600hp without PI or a lot of meth.

600whp, you're looking at adding port injection as the stock HPFP will not support that, especially on ethanol mixes. To get there you will need turbos as well.

Is the stage 2 bucketless?

Yes, it is. It's the stage 2 bucketless lpfp. Damn, in that case, wouldn't it be better to upgrade my clutch before turbos and whatnot ?

You're maxing out your stock turbos. I was at that same level for awhile.
To get to 600whp, you will need both upgraded turbos and port injection.
Your DCT clutches won't be able to handle the torque associated with 600whp. Check out Dodson packs.
Search for the PDF/Word doc that Chris at VTT wrote-up on getting to 600whp

Yeah, I was thinking about getting the Dodson clutch kit upgrade previous to getting turbos. It would be pointless getting turbos without upgrading my trans components. Thanks all for the input.

I'm still curious how you have a 2008 135i with a DCT transmission. Did you have it installed?

I bought it like that, I was looking for a Mt and the dct one was the only one available lol, dct on 135i are pretty standard around here, there are like 3 more for sale.
