We did a group dyno today here in Charleston, SC. Just wanted to share the results.

Dyno: Mustang
Temp: 65-70

Here are my logs and dyno results. I didn't get to log the first one b/c it was the test run and my best one unfortunately. I'm guessing Dynojet numbers would have been around 7-10% higher?

2007 335i e92, FBO, E85 AT Flash and Alpina Flash, Fuel e45-50, 100% meth

1st run Map 7 - 424/472
2nd run Map 7 - 412/463 lower b/c too aggressive?
3rd run Map 3, 65 additive - 415/477
4th run Map 3, same - 416/462

Other car results, estimated. Going from memory.

2007 335i E92 MT, FBO minus FMIC, 93+Meth (50/50 Mix) 401/420
His baseline was on Map 4 was 305/300 I believe

2011 335is E92 DCT, 45% E85/93 mix, Jb4+DCI 394/440
Map 4 baseline 299/315

I can't remember what the 335xi put down. It was a n55 with BMW performance exhaust and flash. I think it was around 260/280.

Your IATs are a thing of beauty.

It's estimated that Mustangs usually read .95 of actual - dynojets read 1.05. (It's the formula that Virtual Dyno goes by anyways)

Mustang - 424whp/472wtq
Actual - 446whp/497wtq
Dynojet - 468whp/522wtq

Let's calculate in a conservative 10% drivertrain loss to estimate your crank HP/TQ.

Mustang - 471bhp/524btq
Actual - 496bhp/552btq
Dynojet - 520bhp/580btq

Next time you you get someone bragging about their vehicles crank Hp as estimated from the factory, you can safely tell them to suck it.
