for anyone with this unit and JB4, is there a workaround for viewing the entire application screen? Even at 800x480 native, it can't view the entire screen which can prove to be annoying when you can't tab over to the save button, when you make changes.
Logging and firmware uploads should be ok though.
edit- easy workaround. Go into Display > Settings > Monitor > Advanced and tick the checkbox for unsupported resolutions.
You can then use MIDTools/BenQ Tools to toggle between native and 800x600 which is just enough for all of the JB4 software functions to be visible.
I have 80-100 MB free on the main SSD, moved the temporary files to a 2GB MicroSD card, installed Virtual Dyno, a lightened version of Office 07, JB4 and Cobb software.

I didn't pay 100, it was 59 shipped off eBay.
They sell a car charger for $9 on eBay too. I didn't buy it though.

Has anyone tried to see if NCSExpert and INPA can work with this? I'd buy one right now if it meant I could stop borrowing my roommate's netbook.

That's next on my testing agenda. I don't see why it wouldn't work.
Also gutted help files and unused drivers. Up to 190mb free on the main SSD. TinyXP may work better for this.

What does the "no code" mean as far as usability?
Also, with this option would I be able to just plug the JB4 in via the USB cable and update firmware, data log and change settings? Or are some other hardware and/or software things needed?

XP works just no actuvation code. Its an OEM XP. It funtions fully. You will need to make a Ghost backup yourself.

I have no idea how to do that. I'll probably just end up getting a laptop.
