I don't see any request for assistance here. You'd email support if you need faster support.
Not sure why you'd rush a car to a dealer with fault code stored caused by a tuner install but that's never a good plan. Need to clear all the faults first. If the codes you left stored are for sensors you attached the tuner to they will speculate that you were messing with those sensors, although speculation is different than proving you were.

The email just says you have some fault codes. You need to read the codes to see what they are and from that we can speculate as to whether there is a real issue or not. Sounds like not.
