Also there is a website you can go on. All I searched for was “0-60 calculator for cars” and you can input data that will give you 0-60 times. Based on the calculations of the data from the JB4 0-60 the calculator estimates that on Map 3 I have increased 30 HP to achieve 5.9 times.

if you click on the log in the app it should bring up a sub-menu to attach it as a CSV file to an email. You can then either email it to terry or save the draft email and then come on here and upload it to a post by copying out of the draft email and uploading it to a forum message using the paperclip button.

Well I’d just like to say that I’m not pleased with support here. Support was very quick to ask for data when things were ok but when I asked for help with an issue it was nothing but CRICKETS! I posted here and emailed personally and no response. As for every warning light that came on in my car and put it into limp mode. No one helped me. Took it to the dealer and they cleared the codes. Everyone on here saying that it can’t be detected is completely wrong. They new exactly what happened. I’m selling this product immediately!

I don't see any request for assistance here. You'd email support if you need faster support.

Not sure why you'd rush a car to a dealer with fault code stored caused by a tuner install but that's never a good plan. Need to clear all the faults first. If the codes you left stored are for sensors you attached the tuner to they will speculate that you were messing with those sensors, although speculation is different than proving you were.

PS found your email, you've been emailing the webmaster address lol. No one monitors that it's not a real address. Our email address is support@burgertuning.com.

The email just says you have some fault codes. You need to read the codes to see what they are and from that we can speculate as to whether there is a real issue or not. Sounds like not.

This is more a user forum rather than a company support page. If you want official support then you need to engage burger tuning directly.
I've had emails back and forth between me and Terry on weekdays and weekends both in and out of hours looking at logs. I've never sent an email and it not be responded to.

As it turns out he didn't actually email anyone here. For reasons unknown he emailed the unmonitored n54tech webmaster email.

Anyway will work to get him sorted now that we're in contact.
