Pretty new to the JB4 world. I usually do flash only tunes on my cars, on this particular car it already came with a JB4 installed so I didn't want to pull it and make use of it. Currently I have done everything needed as far as user settings, load pump USA BEF, and checked hardware/leaks.

My initial issue ended being a bad bank 1 solenoid causing overboost and a lean condition causing my trims to max out. now its running way better without any codes... but still over boosting!! I think this is the part where i have to adjust some settings but new to jb4 so I need your help.

Yes I have updated to the latest firmware. List of modifications below -

2" MMP Inlets
2" MMP Outlets
7" intercooler
3" *********
Index 12 injectors
Stage 1 NGK .020 gap
MMP1k Turbos
Newer tested OEM Boos Solenoids
Eldor Coils
N20 MAP

I think you forgot to change your user adjustment settings.

I did initially changed settings that didn't save for whatever reason, the most recent log has settings updated. two thigs i noticed was the bank 1 trims almost max out while bank 2 is ok or pulling fuel and the dme_bt is higher than the actual target. Is there any settings that i could change to help with the boost targets? I still overboost but not as bad.

If the most recent log had the settings updated, I wouldn't have made that comment.

been busy and haven't had time to run a log. I have updated the settings to exactly how the Hybrid BEF instructions. i still get overboost on map 4, can you please guide me as to what im missing?

Verify menu 4 is set to option 2.

I have verified this at least 10 times including once more before replying to this message. what I have done as of yesterday is reload the BEF and see if that helps, ill post a log later today. Thanks

You're on map 4 which means the jb4 is off and logging only,try switching to map 2 then run a log.

I thought map 4 was stock tunning and 0 was off, either way I'll log map 2 and see what happens. Thanks

It's because you are targeting stock boost levels so something isn't right.

Yes something is off as if I was in 4/3. Ran a log in map 2 and targeting 17psi which should be 22psi due to hybrid turbos. Granted I should only run map 1 because it looks like trims are maxing out. See log attached

Map 2 should be 17psi

you are correct, based on the firmware I'm running. confused it with the 32_16_T9 settings.
