Complete nuwbee here, trynna understand what I'm doin lol. MHD back end flash is permanent change in DME software, right? Once you flash, is there a way back to stock performance? For couple months now I've been running hybrid turbos with jb4 map 5. I'm not getting any codes or misfires but understanding that with twice of boost over stock and fuel to match that boost I gotta do something with timing. Thinking to do MHD back end flash but looking to have a plan b just in case something goes wrong. Thanx guys

I flashed to PUMP a few days ago. Car is running awesome, feels so much more like stock tune in consistency compared to JB4 alone. I've been going through a lot of fuel

Same questions as the others here. What is the specific difference between PUMP and PUMP_USA maps? Is there potential for noticeable performance differences between the two?

On the way are a JB4, BMS DCI, VRSF 7" intercooler, VRSF 2" inlets, VRSF outlets, *********, and a pair of ebay TD04 hybrids. With those parts in mind, will one of the stock JB4 tunes be safe to drive until I can get an upgraded LPFP? If not, is there a backend flash that will be safe? I'm not looking to wring all the power I can out of the thing until I get a fuel pump, charge pipe, and bov installed.
Have guys been running the ebay td04's? If so, what's the longevity? Can they be trusted to not overboost, leak oil, smoke? Kinda curious because I'll need turbos soon.

Hi, Terry.
At first, thanks for your job!
I installed your latest back end flash (INAOS Pump) on my 2010 z4 35is using BT cable and bbapp 1.3.3.1
After that i get codes for low pressure fuel sensor!
But my car don’t have low pressure sensor... I think it’s some flash settings.
Is it possible to fix it somehow???

Usually when BMS separates products/software/features by US and ROW, its due to some kind of emissions reason. That said, if you are in USA, start with the USA version, it will perform the same.

When using a custom BEF, do the maps do anything other than change the boost target?

Default Anti-Lag not working - 04-05-2019, 02:12 PM

Hi,

I just purchased the antilag chip and install kit for my bmw n54 automatic 2007.
Jb4 wight bluetooth
Mhd back end flahs with this update installed ( 02/07/19 Map Release )
JB4 (map 5) up to date, with these 2 files : File Type: hex N54_G5_MAC_135_T4.hex (80.6 KB, 411 views)
File Type: hex G5_ISO_32_12_T10.hex (86.7 KB, 427 views)

I have the 2 step working, but not the anti-lag.
In neutral nothing happens, it revs up until redline.
While driving, volume down, gas pedal 100% it will rev around 4000rpm until I release the down volume button.

The rpm doesn't bounce to do the anti-lag as seen in the video?

What am I missing?

The back end flash is activated in the jb4, am I supposed to click something somewhere in the MHD to activate the anti-lag?

Thank you

as far as i can tell, the pump_usa does not get rid of my exhaust codes if you know what i mean. the other pump does. no one seems to want to answer what the difference is and i think it might be related to this as bms did get in trouble with CA before a while ago

I already have the JB4+BEF setup from when I was FBO+Meth. I just installed my Pure S2 turbos, is there anything else I need to do to drive the car safely? Would Map5 suffice until I get a custom tune?

I've read through the recent posts and still didn't see any clarification on the difference between the pump and the pump_USA file.

Can someone shed some light on what the differentiation actually is?

Any insight is greatly appreciated

USA has all the required DTML and emissions components in place.

It's really a matter of how much fuel pressure can your system maintain at high 11:1 AFRs.. Normally, up to E30 is workable. Sometimes more.

I have a 2009 z4 35i with MSD81 INA0S factory flash.
After flashing my DME with INA0S BMS Back end flash, I'm now getting a 29F3 code, which is a faulty low pressure fuel sensor error, but my car doesn't have a low pressure sensor!

So you know how it says specifically in step #9 if you lose your original .bin you will have a headache later...currently experiencing that headache as Iím trying to get my car emissions tested with the pump gas back end flash currently In the computer and the vin in the computer is different from the vin on my registration card

So I guess my question is what are my options?

Is there a way to change the vin in the current .bin to my vin number?
Or is there a way to get my original flash somehow?

Iíve tried searching everywhere and have lost hope

What MHD backend flash map/tune would you recommend for fbo, jb4, with meth kit and running e30?
