Default @terry or anyone. Massive overboost after PI install - 09-22-2020, 02:01 PM
Keeps hitting boost cut so its nearly impossible to get a log that lasts more than 3 seconds. please help

Something is wrong with your WG or solenoid plumbing. Map1 is a WG spring map so no boost tuning is done.

Would my FF/Wastegate adaptation have anything to do with it? This pull was on Map2 by the way this was me testing the next map up after installing PI. It reverted to safety map1

Did you go over your solenoid plumbing? Just had the same issue.

With a twin turbo setup (vacuum baesd WG) it has to be a physical issue with the WGs here....

It certainly was.

I replaced the solenoids and didn’t pay attention to the lines since the solenoids are marked, but I misinterpreted the marks. ( as VAC pulled vac, not “vacuum in” and OUT as vacuum out, not “output” ) dumb mistake on my part.

I didn’t think to double check a diagram since the car drove fine until going WOT. I figured it out the day I came across this.

I hope the original poster was able to resolve his issue too.
