It certainly was.
I replaced the solenoids and didn’t pay attention to the lines since the solenoids are marked, but I misinterpreted the marks. ( as VAC pulled vac, not “vacuum in” and OUT as vacuum out, not “output” ) dumb mistake on my part.
I didn’t think to double check a diagram since the car drove fine until going WOT. I figured it out the day I came across this.
I hope the original poster was able to resolve his issue too.
