Default Recommended Coilovers? - 06-27-2013, 08:32 AM

Hey guys, currently I have TEIN coilovers but the lack of a pillow makes the drive hard and I hear the suspension. Anyway, It's been giving me problems and I want to now go a diff. route. Any recommendations? The Tein suspension definitely keeps the car grounded and the handling is great but it's time for something new. Also, I can put about 1.5 of my fingers between the tire and wheel well so I have it pretty tight down there. BTW I have an 08' 335 w/19's

I have the kw v1's and I like them. It sits pretty low with these coil overs even at the highest ride height. Handling is great and the ride is smooth.

Same here. Ideal for street use imo with the occasional track day.

Yes, I keep hearing about the KW's and the variant 3. I may go with that one as these TEINs suck, I feel like I'm in a honda as much as it bounces!

OP, I think you're in Cali right? You can consider ST's as well. I think they're KW's that are rebranded and without the rust protection, which I don't think is necessary here since it's not humid.
