Default Question about codes - 07-27-2018, 10:54 AM

08 335i w/107k

I recently did past due maint on my car, (po negelted to take care of it)
mounts, opg, vcg, ps pulley, serp belt, crank seal

Only mod on my car is vrsf **, and mhd stage 2 (po installed) with o2 defoulers (myself)

So it was driving all great went home..until i was fixing to take daughter to church and started up it started to sputter really bad at idle..

Hooked up my tablet/mhd and 3 codes came up..
1..29f3 fuel pressure sensor.. replace it and all should be good?
2..2c9e oxygen sensor after ***.. <---- bc of the **?, defouler didnt work
3..2e34 fuel injector 5.. <-- leaky or dead..?

i cleared the codes through mhd (codes 2 and 3 are cleared) and code 1 still showing up on mhd but idles normal
1..If i was to replace code 1 will it fix the problem or with code 3 come back..?
2..How can i check fuel pressure thro mhd..?
3..Am i ok to drive it with code 1 still in the system..?
Or will code 3 come back..?

I do have a picture of mhd but for some reason my picture wont post bc its too big..

i've tried several spacers/defoulers...no success. i believe the fuel injector code is related to the input signal, maybe check harness/connections as you have had it all apart recently. I get fuel pressure related 'shadow codes' quite frequently and ignore them as long as my car is running good. I know MHD has obd readout capabilities but it may be an extra purchase? INPA, JB4 and many others will read fuel pressures. I would not replace any parts until you are certain of the actual cause.

I know when i was putting everything back together.. the o2 sensors have different male/female ends per sensor.. if you know what i mean.. but all connected right with each other..
