Default JB4 Negative side effect on car N55 - 08-01-2018, 02:51 PM

I have found a direct negative side effect of installing the jb4 on my car... Something in the jb4 is making my rear tires wear out too quickly...

That's called LFS. OR also known as Lead Foot Syndrome. I contracted it in 2012 when I drove home with my CPO 335i. The symptoms got worse after Jb4, BEF, Meth, etc. Now my LFS has developed into a Meth addition. I'm a heavy user and not seeking help.

Map 0 is also really slow if you switch to it after a few months.

My favorite is when my friends get used to the power and they ask me to check if the JB4 is still "working"

I turn it down to map 0 and have them run. They complain and say "See how slow it is!" and I chuckle. Turn it up to map 1/2 and it's like oh crap, NVM.

Sometimes it takes 2 days or so to get a response but they will get to it. I am sure they are inundated with these constantly and I believe there is like 3-4 people from BMS that troubleshoot.
