Unhappy P0171 code after installing BMS intake - 09-07-2019, 06:55 AM

I got the P0171 code after installing ths BMS intake, is there anyway to solve this problem?

It's a mini cooper B38 2015

I think that is just a harmless MAF plausibility fault. Could try adjusting the MAF around a bit with washers or one side or the other to change the angle and see if that helps.

I wouldn't run this code for long...Had it on a previous car, and although it did not affect performance, it played with fuel trims and lean conditions at the end.
Keep an eye on the LTFT and try to fix it.
