Default MMP1k Turbos Log - 08-03-2018, 03:34 PM

Just had my MMP1k's w/ inlets and outlets installed. Did a light pull on map 2 and was hoping for some feedback.

Thanks in advance

No full throttle in the log. If you have another thread be sure to keep all runs together in the same thread, too. Also if you later decide to email us for help just include a link to the thread so we can reply there. To avoid doubling up work.

Sorry about that. This one should have a full throttle pull. I can do another/longer pull tomorrow if it would help. Thanks for your patience!

You need to go WOT from 2500 to redline in 3rd, then post.

Thanks for the advice. Do you know which key value I should be entering? (1-6?)

Boost is way over target- which is why you got thrown into map 4/safety.

Letís do this:

Set DB to 50 across the board

Enable 6 cyl logging

Relog

Awesome, thanks for the feedback. So once i set the DB to 50 should i leave it on map 6 then? Also for the 6 cyl logging what value (1-6?) do i set it to specifically?

Thanks,

-Patrick

6 cyl logging is DME dependent, i beleive its “4” if I8A0S” and “5” for IJE0S

Let’s stay on 2 for now, once boost is closer to target, we can move up progressively

Sorry for the delay, haven't had a chance to take it out lately...

Log attached with a 3rd gear 2500rpm pull on map 2 with 6 cyl logging and DB set to 50 across the board.

Still on stock pump as the Stage 2 bucketless will be going in this weekend.

Please let me know if additional logs are needed and the next steps.

Thanks,

-Patrick

You're in map 4. Switch to map 2 and re-log.

This looks like a map 4 log, basically stock.

Throw it in map 2 & re log

So it seems i keep getting kicked from Map 2 to Map 4 when attempting these 3rd gear 2500 to 6500 pulls. Attached is my most recent log from this morning. Started off in Map 2 and all seemed well until i got to around 5k and then that's when it dumped me into Map 4.

Please have a look and let me know what i need to change.

Thanks!

Here is another log for good measure. Looks like i was able to stay in Map 2 during the entire run.

Let me know if this log and the one before are good enough to recommend any adjustments.

Thanks all.

You are still overboosting and is why you kicked into map 4. Lower FF to 70 and see what happens. Might have to do some DB changes also. IMO I would change your boost safety to 21 since logs don't look to bad for current boost levels and will help alleviate the map change so there is a consistent map 2 log. Do you happen to have E85 in your area? Noticed you have a stage 2 lpfp, would help timing corrections if you could add ethanol in the tank plus your current lpfp pressure is coasting close to 50.

Looks very healthy to me. Once that Stage2 comes in you can really turn it up!

Fuel pump is in and running great. Should i now switch to Map 6 and set boost tables?

What settings do you recommend starting off? Staying on pump 93 for now until i give the turbos and LSD some time to settle in.

Thanks in advance

Yea, you can try another 2 psi on map 6 if you want.

Awesome, thanks for the feedback. By chance do you have a snapshot of your recommended Map 6 tables? Or do i literally just add 2 psi to the pre populated data in each rpm range under user adjustment settings for Map 6?

I should be on the latest G5 firmware.

Thanks in advance!

Put in your desired boost level across all RPM and click save
