Reduced size in this way doesn't seems smart idea,

Go for proven product,

#Every ******** have that taper to the stock catback since they are going from 3in to 2.25 I believe.

Yea 99% of down ***** have that taper because it is mating up to the stock 2.5" exhaust. AR are the only ** that doesn't have the taper as far as I know

Clearance is gonna be extremely tight without the gradual tapers in most other *****. These better fit like a glove or else you gonna have them rubbing against each other of the frame.

I had that happen on my first set of ********* and they made the car vibrate and I could hear turbos spooling louder haha These were 3in *** with a hard taper.

Looks great.

Price is right.

Looks like I may have a bad O2 sensor = if I'm going to spend the time to replace it, might as well do **'s at the same time.

That said, I'm not going to be the first, as I don't want to mess with a PITA install just to save a few bucks over the VRSF unit.

Weird, I actually bought these last week and picked them up at their store in Elk Grove, CA. They seem nice. I will be getting them installed on Tuesday.

I like the sales pitch. I don't recall any other ebay listing having install pictures.
And US made product.

If I didn't have track events coming up I'd get these now.

Many "3 inch" N54 *** reduce for the ~2.5" flanges to the ***-back.

There isn't much to go wrong with *** construction wise so they can be "proven" after a single dyno.

If I did not already have **'s, I would grab these right now. They look like they would have super low resteiction, minimal welds. Made in the US a nice bonus. The price is great. Nice find 135droptop.

I finally got around to having them installed by a local N54 specialized performance shop. At first they had trouble getting them to line up properly, they are just too tight against each other to get the one for the front turbo into place. They asked me if they could make a little bit of a flat spot on each ******** where they were touching each other so that they would clear, I agreed and they worked their magic to make them fit. They are some of the nicest ********* they've seen, just a bummer they had to be a little modified to work.

Also, the supplied ** gaskets will leak, use OEM only.

They worked out in the end, .

I don't know anyone besides myself that had true 3" **'s. I had them custom made including 3" mid *****.

yep, just as expected. there is very little room for ***** larger than stock ones down there.
