BMW N54 Turbo Rattle ? 107k Miles.. Warranty Questions? -

Hello! I just picked up an older BMW with the n54 - I checked through the maintenance records and the mechanic said there was a bad rattle. Just wondering if anyone has advice. There is no check engine and the car drives well. I read that there was a warranty but only went to 100k miles. Any Advice?

you shouldent need a mechanic to tell you wastegate rattle, trust me, you will know when it happens. your car will run fine but everyone would turn their heads from how loud it is. its deafening, you cant talk over it. if that is the case, tighten up the wastegate actuator arms. should be a video on youtube. easy and done.
