I can’t post the photo in here, but I bought valvoline full synthetic ATF, when I went to advance auto parts website, it said that, that fluid would work with my car, I don’t need to add much considering I didn’t lose much, just put an upgraded Transcooler on my car, would this be okay to use?

ZF recommends their Lifeguard fluid for the 6HP19/26. Its repackaged Shell M1375.4, which is repackaged Ravenol 6 HP. Jaguar uses Fuchs Titan ATF 6006 in their version.

Basically any fluid thats Ford Mercon SP compatible will work. I'm not seeing anything on Valvolines site about any of their fluids being compatible. If any of them are, its the Multi Vehicle formulation.

Truthfully, I'm not a fan of mixing fluids, so I'd probably just go to the dealer and get a couple quarts of the Lifeguard.
