im trying to update my jb4 firmware using the app; its current firmware version reads: 32/12//2

ive downloaded g5_iso_32_15_T1.hex for latest twin turbo bmw firmware and it wont get passed "loading hex" with the loading circle going indefinity

i have strong signal (green bar) im connected with gauges working.
Possible battery issue?

it ended up just being my tablet - worked fine on phone.
