I recently sold my JB4 unit to another a91 owner, and I forgot to unlink the unit from my app.

Is there a way you can help me unlink it remotely? Or a link I can go to to change the email and set a password for him?

Would love for him to start enjoying the unit.

have them email support2@jb4connectkit.com and show them a screen shot of the message he gets when he tried to open app after failed bluetooth connection default pin 000 or 1234
