So why did you go down this route from your original JB4 setup?

Rob, do you have pics of tank and pump as well?
I am slowly installing the same system, but hope to fit the gauge in the ashtray so it can disappear completely.
Did you have the first bung welded onto the IC pipe?
Are those Aquamist 1.0 mm nozzles?
Did you retap the thread on the ER CP?

Sorry I couldn't make it by the house this past week, just short of time and really came down with the worst cold with the quick weather change you had on Tuesday. Moline was getting some really fluffy snow most of the day. Was nice to see, but I'm glad to be back in Portland.
Install looks great... The only thing is the vents are not in the pin holes on the right side so they look unevenly spaced. Be very careful and use long needle nose rapped with electrical tape to get them into place.

They are aquamist 1.0 and all I had to do is run the tap in bung a bit deeper. Tank is a howerton engineering twin tank with custom -4AN fittings with stainless lines. The first bung I had ER weld a bung on it. Pump pic is with another pump but same location.

Rob,
I noticed that the kit shows a Cooling Mist pump, but the install photos shows a Devil's Own. (BWT since I have 5 series I don't recognize the location of the pump, is that in the trunk somewhere?)
I am having some issues fitting my kit together since Aquamist uses different connectors than other companies apparently. (They also drive on the wrong side of the road over there in UK.) So I am considering the DO pump with stainless 4AN fittings up to the nozzles. Then just using Aquamist control box, gauge, sensors and nozzles. Is that what you did in this build?
I am using a trunk mounted 3 gallon tank from A.I.S.

The above pics where just for location pics...that is my old setup. I use aquamist pump with the connector....and relay. It is easy man, the power wire goes right to battery....then write guess from trunk to controller...easy as pie! That is the best way.
