Strong night at the track -
11-08-2013, 08:14 AM
JB4 G5 with backend flash car feels great. Demolished a GTO last night with the 11.6 run.
It was a TnT night so runs were scarce. GTO vid to follow as soon as I get it.

Nice runs, and good 60' times! What tires are you on and what other mods do you have?

wow nice times, i am at work right now i went to the track on wed here in San antonio, first run 13.7 @115 i spinned till 60. 2nd run was 12.7 @117 2.3 o-60ft and 3rd run was 12.5@117 2.20-60ft. 4th run i got transmission failure. I have 18/265/35 Hancook RS3's on the back. I'll post my slips later when i get off. My best time ever was 12.4 @ 118 2.0 0-60 ft. I can not take off in my car. its auto. I either feather it to lightly or gas it too hard. i had some supersport on before and same times. I just think i suck lol to see guys run 11.6 @117 and i am running 12.7 @117 lol I tried doing a burnout on my last run, put my back tires in the water , pressed the front brake and gassed it rpms went up then car just bogged, so i tried 1st gear and its spun so quick it shifted into 2nd and boggged down and threw transmission code, i had my pc and the bavarian cable with me , no codes ? turned car off then on car was fine but decided to just go home. anyway just though i share my lousy nite at the track, i usualy do great on roll races 40mph and up , but from a stand stand still i suck.

I hate that crap. Atco does the same thing: bring the street cars in to take a bunch of their money, then only give them 2 runs all night.

Yeah or just less E and less boost If i wasn't under warranty I'd order one tonight. My dream to replicate mdyates car is not working out, lol. I wonder how much IJEOS_IS affects me as the other guys are on ILAOS_IS. I am in the car playing around with Map 6 right now. I backed down to E46 b/c the car seems to like it better. Going back to around 16.5psi max on the Map6. I am dynoing tomorrow with some FBO cars, I just want to keep up a little bit and maybe hit 380-400 whp.
Sorry to thread jack

I can't recall if I sent an E85 flash but I'd definitely use that with your map 6 to start. Leaner AFR and more timing = more power when on the ethanol.

Yep I have some logs in the support section with the E85 backend. I get lots of timing pulled up top and last night my FP_h dropped below 6 and triggerd a 29dc. That was on e52. I think E45 is about as good as I can get with the stock lpfp. The current set up seems more stable with race backend.
