On 93 you can go straight to map 3. If the weather is still very cold here with some logs sent through you might be able to run map 4.
Since I'm new to this want to leave it on a particular map setting. So I am assuming I can leave it on map 3 without any issues on all stock and not have to upgrade anyrhing?

Yes, map 3 is suitable for 93 set and forget.
If it gets very hot in your area you might need to go back to 2. We will see once we start getting logs for areas that have high temps.

I must be used to logging with manual transmissions. Now trying to log my S4, and I can't get it to stay in gear. I am in Dynamic Manual mode, tried both 3rd and 4th gear, and every time I push the pedal down, it kicks down into another gear. Doesn't seem to matter what RPM. Do I not push to the floor? What am I missing?

At the bottom on the pedal range there is a detent you can feel click which is the auto kickdown switch that overrides your manual gesr setting. In order to keep it from kicking down you will need to apply throttle to the detent point but not past it. Get a feel for the pedal range and detent with the car off.
A Audi B9 S5 JB4 user did some dyno testing this weekend on a stingy Mustang dyno which reads a decent amount lower than a dynojet. Results where pretty impressive.
Custom map 6 was used on 104oct with JB4, CTS pipe and intake system. Conditions where not the best and it was more of a stress test as the car reached 181F intake temps by the end of the run which was done in 5th. Results where still great.
Torque was dialed down on this run. Map 5 made 367whp and 438ft lb.
We should see 400whp all day long with this car on a dyno jet.

I’m on map 5 with E35 but can’t get over 18 psi. Any thoughts? I have the BCM installed.
There is more to see in the logs than that picture. The CSV you posted is in 2nd so not much tuning value as the car isn't under heavy load.
Forward the csv of the log you posted to George@burgertuning.com and we can get it dialed in. The BCM settings are in post 1 of this thread.

Got a RS5 on a heart breaker Mustang dyno for some map 6 testing. Dyno is the same one the S5 was tested on so gives a good idea of single vs twin turbo outputs.
Power is at the wheels with a 85F ambient and hot dyno temps. Car ran 104 with intake and exhaust.
This should put the car in the 540-550hp range.

Some nice dyno jet number on this RS5 Sportback running JB4 with no hardware mods on E30. Map 6 was used and was set to 25psi peak with a taper to redline by the owners of the car Unleashed Performance.

One of our users Mason running the SRM GTX35 hybrid on his S4 managed to crack the 10's. There is even a catch to this as the car map switched to stock for the whole of 5th as the boost safety value was set slightly to low so more to come.
Hey George, I'll be getting my JB4 and BCM installed I will unfortunately only be able to probably do one log before I hit the track, I have access to E85 (Minimum of 75% ethanol is what the sticker says on the pump) I'm able to go directly to map 5 and Run 4 gallons of E-85 and the rest 91? Trying to get it semi dialed in before I hit the track. Let me know your thoughts?

Try map 4 and 5. See what exits are. Log runs and email me. Chances are I will be online. George@burgertuning.com

Will do it won't be until I get my car back from getting it ceramic coated and a bunch of other things I will have it for only a day or 2 before I hit the track, My track opens April 14th so it will be a few days before then. I'll touch base with you.
