Normally it wouldn't matter but the way I programmed this feature in the BETA format it assumes they are setup a certain way.

I am a left handed red head, so I naturally hooked it up backwards.

For those who have time I could use a couple logs on v22 test firmware, especially cars running meth and/or a flex fuel sensor. I stuck it under platform 1 (internal use only) in the app. Changes are undocumented for now but some fueling changes mainly. You can email the logs to terry@burgertuning.com

Awesome, appreciate it!

On the firmware update sometimes you need to set upload timeout to 10, like with the v3.7 JB4 mobile adapter. Try that.

Hey Terry, was hoping when you get some free time if you could check out my map 6 log. Did a few pulls. Weather has gotten colder around here and I made a couple tweaks and want to make sure it is still all good to go. I'm on 92 fuel octane only. Intake snorkel, cai, turbo inlet, intercooler, catch can and d0wnpipe.

Is the dwp option for the 1.6 only or is it beneficial for the 3.3 stinger? I changed my setting from 45-70 and car didnt feel as strong, felt more sluggish.
Thanks

All models, I developed it on our 3.3L. Maybe see if DWP = 100 helps? So far had nothing but good feedback other than the odd false alarm fault code here and there with it.

At 100% pedal the feature is effectively not doing much so this is mainly for mid throttle for example.

After some extensive testing I have to say I'm impressed with whatever this is doing.

I had a 7 hour drive this weekend through some mountains. I had my DWP at 100 on the drive there, but ended up setting it back to 0 shortly before reaching my destination because the adaptive cruise control kept triggering extended blow offs. Changing to 0 didn't actually fix anything (I could adjust my preload but I'd rather occasionally lose boost than blow up a turbo).

On my trip back and was annoyed at how sluggish the car felt until I realized I never turned the DWP setting back. So it really is a noticeable improvement for 60-90 MPH on the highway.

The only doubt I have is whether or not this feature only activates once everything has reached operating temperature or if it's on from when you start the car. I get a few "thumps" shortly after starting, and at one point I had the app connected and when I started the car and I saw it build 3 - 4 PSI of boost immediately which seemed strange.

Default rev hang - 09-24-2020, 01:55 PM

Hey I was wondering if there is a way to or is something in the future planned for us manual cars to eliminate the rev hang of the throttle during shifts? Also I have noticed that randomly when I push the clutch in to let it idle down the rpms will drop a little lower then stumble back up to idle. The car does have 2.5" intercooler piping on it.

Hey Terry,

I was talking to a competitor of yours yesterday and they said that pretty much any primary ******** replacement is going to cause issues with the turbo burning oil.

Can you shed some light on if it is safe to run a ******* or high flow catted ******** on the 3.3t?

I have not run them on the platform in our development car, but plenty of customers do so you'd have to ask them if they've had any oil burning issues. Also note it's illegal to remove emissions equipment in the USA.
