Default Just install inlets - FBO E92 N54 with JB4 what backend flash to choose - 01-25-2017, 03:22 PM

Hi,
Just install inlets. My car is FBO N54 E92 stock turbo with JB4 and 93 octone. May I ask what backend flash map to run? I was running MHD backend pump map.

Thanks,

Unless you get meth or mix in E85, stay with the pump flash.

Same. Inlets will reduce the PWM required to hit a given boost target and allow the JB4 to target more aggressively up top. But the BEF is independent of both.

I am curious about this topic as well, does he have to make any modification to the JB4 (assuming he is using one with mhd) if he is running map 1 or 2 to be optimal?

If only running maps 1 or 2, more than likely no changes will be needed. If getting into different fuels or having upgraded turbos, that's when other maps will be used and changes will more than likely be needed.

Hello everyone. I will soon install IC VRSF 7 ", inlets, outlets and Fuel-it stage1 together with the *** and DCI that I already have. What pressure can I ask for map 6 with 93 Oct and with e40? Will I need T-map 3.5? Do I need really Fuel-it stage1?

Thank you.

I will keep the stock turbos and I would get 20 psi across the middle zone. It is necessary 3.5 bar Tmap and fuel-it stage1 or I have enough with both stock?
