Why is that ? Less power for PWG ?? Did MHD mention that PWG will make less power ?

pwg has less power because the compressor wheel of the stock turbo is smaller. It's a hardware limit.

Is the Compressor wheel on a PWG Pure Stage 2 = to an EWG Pure Stage 2, or is the EWG also larger on the upgraded turbo?

Can i get more info on what are the options for us JB4 users? Will we be using both?? Flash + jb4??
What about the free maps? More info pleasee, sounds too good!

EWG PS2 and PWG PS2 N55 are similar. The only difference is the turbo housing meaning the turbine side flange on EWG cars is 4'' compared to the 3'' PWG outlet. But the internal wheel combo is same and power gains are similar as well.

Terry if i flashed an OTS will it not work with the JB4 ? I will be using either map 2 or map 5

Wow this is all great news here! So excited that bms is offering free back end flash to guys who already have jb4, I was always wondering how this new obd dme unlocking would effect/benefit someone who already has jb4.
Anyways, a couple questions would be whether or not the Evolve-R cable from evolve automotive will end up working for this upcoming back end flashing (I have mine from my e46 m3 tune 
Also, will the big time burble tuningg be avialable similar to the bm3 option for gunshot burbles with PWG?
Thanks a lot hope to hear more on this soon!

Any chance somebody can elaborate on this comment? Are u trying to say that the flash tune for pwg from mhd makes less power than jb4 map 1 or 2 on pwg?
I am here for some understanding of what benefit the back end flashing will provide to me on my pwg n55 running the jb4 already. Will power delivery be smoother and more consistent? Will the back end flash in combination with jb4 make more power than just the jb4?
Terry or anyone can you explain the benefits we can expect on the f30 n55 pwg with jb4 and a back end flash?
Also what are you guys talking about punching firewall grommet? Lol

For a stock turbo PWG N55 I don't expect major benefits with the back end flash, but if your car has specific issues we'll have more tools to address those. For larger turbo PWG vehicles they really need a good BEF to be properly tuned.

I just poke a screwdriver through it, takes 3 seconds. And when you pull the OBDII cable back out the rubber snaps back in place so its not like anyone would ever notice or care if they did. You're worrying about nothing with that.

X3 here too PWG, it’s basically a circular cover that can be sealed back up if you wanted to uninstall the jb4 obdII wire. Just don’t lose it.

I don’t have that. I just have the one grommet that the main harness runs through. ☹️
I’ve seen people use the one behind the booster, but for some reason, mine is sealed. The hole is there under the hood, but it’s not there under the dash.

Saved the grommet Incase it gets too cold, haven’t needed it yet.
The hole is a bit big for that one obdII cable.
