I wonder if the m2 has a different turbo fold compared to regular n55's. I mean I believe they changed something according to real oem. If so maybe the exhaust us a bit less restrictive??

M2 has a different turbofold per pure turbo a while back. Something in that section changed but I am not sure what. Could have just been the turbine

They sure upgraded the b58. Seems like more people should be figuring how to bolt b58 or n54 set up onto he n55

So would it be possible to stick an M2 turbo & manifold on a regular N55?

There's a totaled one close to me....

I don’t think there would be a point a pure would be a way better upgrade. A m2 turbo would probably provide less benefit then a pure stage 1

Yeah I am kinda surrendering my self to the pure stg 2 begrudginly due to this warranty This car has so many little electronic gizmos that at this point I don't want the Stealer to void my warranty ( 1 year left on factory BMW,and extended B to b 4years 50k miles).

I am already contemplating how to tell the dealer in the future I have an AA tune(coming in the next month or two) without them wanting to void due to that. However the comments made about the M2 induction setup is intriguing, however I would hate to do all that work for little gains. I have to agree we are perhaps for now better off going with a pure stgX whatever and then sell it down the road. I would not be surprised if in a year or so the price comes down from 2300.00 to under 2k which would make me miserable though if I purchased the stg 2 now. But hey that's how marketing goes. I hate this stock turbo so I have to do something.

I will live thru jturboawd and lucho and their cars as a result! for now!

I have 600 miles on mine. It’s amazing, ass dyno says 15 psi feels like 20 on my ps2. Trying to get boost curve clean before I turn up boost and dyno.

Jb4 and bef. Tuners are trying to get me to away from jb4 but right now Iím just trying to dial in wastegate control. It will hit 15-20 psi but working on cleaning it up.

FYI m4 a2w with big arse exchanger is magic. Think 2 degrees over ambient and less than 5 under boost.

well JB4 takes control easily, but it's boost based not load based like the dme, I find it hard to let the car do same boost for all gears even on 25pid gain.

I would try Flash only if you don't have MAC to control.

N55 - Doc race 6266.

Just bought the SpeedTech, BW EFR 8374, kit for the M235i. I believe Jeff and his team are working on it now.
Already running stock turbo with BM3+JB4, stage 3 LPFP, Wagner Tuning intercooler, AFE intake, MMP port injection, AEM WMI, ******* ******** and upgraded DV.
Expecting some great numbers on January...

Is there anyone here already running 8374?
