JB4 N55 F32 EWG Install issues. Need help -

I have a N55 F32 435xi Manual transmission which just got the JB4 installed today. Note: Using the instructions I only installed the TMAP, MAP, and Fuel. The instructions said Blue connector was was for PWG so I 'tucked it away' per instructions.
When I attempted to change the map using the OBDII CanBus nothing worked. I am also getting a 'drivetrain malfunction' error when I start the car. Any professional help would be greatly appreciated.
