This issue is kind of complicated since it doesn't make any sense to me.

I have error codes with JB4 related to the heater auxiliary pump and charge air cooler 2 pump. (CD8E10, CD9001, 20A212) so disconnected JB4 run ISTA+ deleted the codes and kept JB4 disconnected, on the 3rd day I run ISTA again to check and got 0 errors I run the charge cooler bleeding procedure no errors and both pumps functioning perfectly. Again run ISTA and tested all pumps individually they were all functioning fine and zero error.

Today I reconnected JB4 and the same code showed up, run ISTA and I got the same codes again.

The error only appears when I connect JB4 to the OBD2 port. For me its complicated because I think JB4 uses the obd ports to readonly.

Anyone knows if JB4 has the maxcool setting for our platform? I am thinking maybe running maxcool on BM3 and being enabled on JB4 by default is causing a conflict? Just a thought.

Make sure the OBD2 is being connected in the correct orientation.

If so, you might have water damage or physical damage to the board. Best to post pictures of both so we can help.

OBD2 orientation and the connector between JB4 and the OBD cable are in the correct orientation. JB4 function perfectly fine until I switch off the car after that I get the code.

I sent an email to Terry and he advised me to disconnect the BCM connectors and check. I will try that on the weekend.

Problem solved, pump replaced and error is gone. Thank you Terry & Payam.
