I am wondering what the performance gains are with the BCM connected. I am currently running map 2 with E30 blend, and while the performance gains are impressive, I would like a bit more low end torque. My JB4 has the BCM built in, but i dont really want to pull the intercooler if i am only gaining 15 or 20 hp.

Anyone have a dyno graph of the N63TU with and with out the bcm? Or can anyone comment on the difference after connecting the bcm?

Post up a log of yours and we'll see how it's boosting and what the potential benefit might be.

Looking at the logs it doesn't seem to show any boost on map2, but i can tell you it is making power.

Edit: I did another pull on Map2 just incase.

Log doesn't make sense. Have we confirmed you have the right system for the car? You should be PWG not EWG. Photo of engine bay with cover removed?

I found the issue. My unit was flashed for the G-chassis N63. I will reflash the JB4, then post a new log.

It is strange, up until about a month ago I could not see firmware updates in the app and the JB4 cleared the MAF code automatically. Now I see the firmware versions in the app, and the check engine light won't clear. It is almost like it changed firmware on its own somehow.

I tried the JB4_F_V2_N63TU_5.hex but that threw all sorts of errors ...
