Sorry for the stupid question, I've searched and found some conflicting information and I'm hoping you all can clarify.
First is my oil feed adapter has a tiny hole in it. I presume it's used to build pressure. But I don't know if it's appropriate for my PTE6266 journal bearing turbo. Can someone confirm if this is correct?
Second is does it matter how the turbo is clocked? Ie: is one side designated the inlet, and one side the outlet?
