Greet idea Terry, i would suggest that you update the list continuously based on proven evidence not randomly anyone post scammers so we can emphasize there is no oppression.

I payed him $350 for the sharps manifold on 10/9, It still has not shipped and he has nothing but excuses everyday why it has not. He says he felt bad so he refunded $40.00, now says he dropped off at UPS store this past Saturday but the tracking number shows zero movement. I have asked for my money back and he says I have to file a claim with UPS. Total lies.

Same issue with me. He gave me a tracking number but no movement from USPS. I emailed him daily for past 2 weeks. I still have not received a package. He keeps giving me run arounds. Saying, there is delays and that he dropped off package. Its out of his hands and I need to file a claim. I have asked for refund.

I have emailed Ryan and he has kept an open conversation with me through email. Based off from USPS, I did make assumptions and I truly apologize. Ryan did keep his word and shipped my package. Again, Ryan kept his honestly and I did receive the package today.

He's open communication with me. I was in same boat as you. Package was held up with usps. I eventually received it. Give him till Monday evening to sort it out with postal service and go from there. If package is lost, file claim. Only advice I got at this point.

Update, had to wait and talk with the gm of the shipping store i used to drop ofd the packages. After talkint with the gm, they had to pull camera footage and shown i dropped the package off, had to file a claim and won it. Noah recieved hs refund.

Note to self, i wont bw using that location again.

I paid $850 to him through PayPal for a fuel it setup, return line, and controller. Didn't realize I sent it not as a purchase so PayPal wouldn't refund. I have proof and can email as needed, I can't get the photos to load from my phone.

I personally like this. I feel like the flagged scammers should have a mark of some kind next to their username here so people can make better decisions on who to do business with. Not enough people leave feedback.

Situation:
Long story short...
Seller stated they were affiliated with VRSF and sold me two sets of really bad counterfeit D_P....not even close to real VRSF D_P,
VRSF confirmed the seller was a fraud, not associated with them, and the D_P they provided are not VRSF.
PayPal refunded my purchase amount.

Folks beware; I unfortunately didn't (read) scroll all the way down on this thread when I checked this scammers list prior to sending payment. They seemed like a nice person in private chat, but continued to lie and string me along. I was pretty sad, because I waited a month for the fake D_P to arrive and another month for hardware that was missing which never came, I bought my own hardware took the day off work. I uninstalled the stock D_P, not realizing the D_P were fake and fussed for hours wondering why they wouldn't fit only to come to the realization I had been had. Then I had to tell the wife....ugh, embarrassing (2nd set was for her car).
Special shout out to Tiago at VRSF for confirming the fraud and expediting me a "genuine" set of VRSF D_P. (Love the D_P Tiago...thanks Brother!) And to PayPal for their handling of my fraud claim.

We would not post any details if we were not 100% sure.

This person placed an order for 3 parts from us, we sent them separate with tracking.
He had contacted us before the order has shipped asking for update, so we know 100% his email is valid.

After all three products were delivered he opened a credit card claim saying non of the product were delivered (what are the odds 3 different packages all got lost. 2 with Fedex and 1 with USPS).

We emailed him but never heard back since he opened a dispute.
