Hey guys,

I just noticed the classifieds are getting pretty gunked up. I guess it's time for some rules.

1) Vendors are limited to a single thread. Put all your stuff in the one thread and bump that if you desire. We will delete threads if we notice more than one.
2) For everyone else once an item is sold please update your thread to reflect that.
3) This isn't eBay. No asking for bids and no listing eBay auction links.
4) N54Tech assumes no responsibility for the transactions that occur in this or any forum. Buyer beware.

Some credit card scam where he ordered and received product then did a charge back claiming it was a fraudulent order.

We're pretty good at filtering out scammers before we process orders but 90% of them are either NY, NJ, or FL.

Vendors, you are limited to one thread. Combine all your "for sale" stuff in to a single thread and if you insist then bump it. But when we spot multiple vendor threads we will arbitrarily delete them. This is not the e90post vendor section.

johnnybynight (also from NJ) tried to sell me some injectors. Posted a tracking number on paypal and then disappeared off of the face of the earth. Finally got my money back from Paypal, but never a response from this moron.

The part that seemed sketchy was that you said you had sent the money twice and still in fact had not.
I believe you had intended to, but communicate what you did do, not intend to do.

How'd you pay? If you used PayPal or a credit card, file a claim. You'll get a full refund. If its not in his account they'll take it from his bank.
