I recently tried to connect my JB4 from the mobile app on my iPhone and I received the following error message "Error connecting to JB4. Please check your hardware connection".

I previously had not had any issues with the unit since purchasing it back in June 2019. When clicking "Connect" on the app it goes through the stages until it gets to 'awaiting handshake" at which time I get the error message above.

I have not recently disconnected anything from my unit and I also checked all the connections such as the OBD, fuel wires, bluetooth cables as well as the connections directly https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ https://happymod.site/ to the car but everything was secure. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it and I tried connecting with being on my wifi at home. My bluetooth is on and when I look at the bluetooth connections the JB4 shows up. At this time I am at a loss as to what else I can try.

Has anyone else ever had this issue? Any ideas on what I can try to get this working again?
