About Bluetooth Connection Kit -

Hi, I just found that my JB4 APP cannot connect to my JB4, no matter how I reboot my phone. So I decided to open my JB4 to see what is going on. As you can see in the attached image, the bluetooth add on has a light on it and it was red. I wonder if this means that my add on was broken. And if so, could I just buy a new one from BMS?
