Phoenix Racing S55 Intercooler -

Finally got these in stock for the S55 crowd. We've been testing it on Payam's M4 for a few months and very happy with the production design. Compared to other similar S55 intercoolers out there this is a one piece welded design with no gaskets to leak down the road.

Most of the companies selling them have leak prone plates on either end with gaskets. So what you paid more for might actually be worse.

There was a minor fitment problem on the first few units, so most of those are not installed yet unfortunately. We're fixing the issue now and shipping them back out shortly!

Our Phoenix S55 Intercoolers are back in stock! This batch we had the powder coating done in the USA and it's much nicer than the China coating we had before. Still $629!

Regarding the test mule run @ NFZ, might there be a before & after comparison? I'm curious as to how far down the initial phase of modding one can go before an IC upgrade becomes mandatory.

It's hard to get a real apples to apples comparison on these due to weather, modification, and tuning variations.
The IC is never going to be mandatory like say the N54, as the factory cooler can flow enough to support 800whp. But the warmer the temps, the higher the power level, the more of a potential benefit there is.
