I look into dragtimes 335i xdrive F series +2012 faster are :
Pure Stage 2 1/4 mile 11.96@119mph
Oem 1/4 mile 12.01@114mph
Are any other faster than that ?

11.96@119mph is the fastest I see online

Just look around the forum. There are a bunch of F3x's in the low 11's. Takes a Pure Stage 2 and full bolt ons.

So we all know what Pure is capable of no contest there. Has anyone yet to try a steam turbo on their N55 and posted results? WRX's are no joke and requires serious manufacturing to be part of their world so props to Steam on that. Still, I would love to see some real world data on the product from someone who's performed the install.

How is it shots fired? This is a stage 1 turbo equivalent that is $400 more than Pure and apparently eBay.

Cool story bro. Steam is not an eBay turbo. There are other cars besides BMW. Plus I asked if anyone had real world data not trolldata.

@ Steam - any update on that dyno?
Trying to understand what options are for Stage 1 - Stage 1.5 (if it exists) turbo for E90 N55 engines.
Pure is great product, but priced still too high at 850.
Surely by next year, there will be more options..

If $850 is “too much” for a turbo upgrade you shouldn’t own a BMW. My .002

Might not be the $850. Could be the $1000+ core charge or downtime of sending the original in.

Huh? There’s no downtime if you pay the core charge, they send you a turbo once you receive it you install it and send the stock one back to get your $1000 core charge refunded.

No, I meant some people don't have the extra $1000 to spare even if returned or the downtime associated with sending in the original and not having to pay the core charge.

I'm wondering if anyone ever really tired this turbo on the N55 platform. Research shows them in the WRX world but are they even worth anything on the N55?
