PI & Meth Setup -
07-31-2017, 06:03 AM
Hi,
As discussed in the PI thread, and creating a separate support thread - I am trying to have PI and METH setup to work concurrently.
I'm an early PI adopter, so using the AIC6 as the controller, have also confirmed orange wire pin location per Terry's suggestion.

Mods: FBO, Upgraded Twins, Stage 3 LPFP, PI, Meth, E85, etc

Meth safety mode and trigger mode is corrected. also you can set 3 , 0 if you run maps 3, 6, and 7 (default operation).
anyway, could you show me the Photo of WMI page ?

Running PI and meth concurrently with the SS controller is not an issue, it's just not recommended. You can run and monitor meth normally as there is no wiring conflict with the SS controller.

Hi Steve, the issue I have is that it's not working despite settings being confirmed.
Is there a minimum requirement from a firmware perspective?

Have you tried lowering your additive?

Lowered to 65, Steve.
This wouldn't impact the ability to prime the system right? Because this isn't working...

No, it won't affect the ability to prime...if you can't prime that is likely a hardware issue.
Setting it to 80 when the max setting is 75 can cause issues though.

@ Steve why will cause issues, he got N20 Tmap so it's fine up to 100 though.

Depends on the firmware version...some go higher and others don't
