Out of curiousity, has anyone with a single turbo conversion done or thought about putting a 50shot of NOS, to spool up the turbo then cut it off for 1/4mile?
Is it possible to do with jb4?
My best pass with stock turbos was a 11.7 @116 60" 1.7, now single turbo My best pass is 12.2 @125 60" 2.3 low boost with lag at take off.

Launching a ST at the strip is crappy. I ran 12.2@128 with a 2.3 60ft when I was out last. Ive been practicing my launches and will be happy with a 2.0 60ft next time Im out.
To answer your question tho, I haven't seen anyone play with spray on a ST yet.

Reminds me of Volvo's "PowerPulse" system. I wonder if that system ever proved to reduce lag. They use an air compressor to fill air in a small tank. When requested, air is shot into the turbine

What kit are you running? What turbo? How much boost? E85? Meth? Are you having traction issues? IMHO you should be running faster than you are and NOS is just an added risk I personally wouldn't take.

I'm MT. Right now, my best 60ft on a single turbo is 2.1. That was with preload.
Recently, I bought a wot box and a 3.46 diff. The wot box will build boost off the line and the 3.46 diff will get to a relatively high-load rpm faster. this is all theory, though. I'll be installing in the next month or so to test.

I have a jpworkz kit. 6266. 20psi, no traction issues and when i tried to spray meth it would go into limp mode guess it doesnt like going 1st-4th gear from a dig. I havent took it since. Im going to just do 1/2 miles now as 1/4 mile is no bueno

Your issue is obviously tune related. Where is your meth being sprayed?
