You might try Justin Larivee. He has a Company in Florida called boost addictions. He helped me with my single turbo tuning by e-tuning. He's familiar with Jb4 and mhd flash. He was a pleasure to work with for me. He charges $50.00 for a custom tune.

Terry, can you please add this option to the MAC firmware.

"Added metric M3 dash setup under menu 5/7, moved startup sweep toggle to menu 5/8. "

thanks

Is it possible to get a lower oil temp safety for boost. I know from 140-150 there is some change in oil viscosity and very little change past 160 but the oil is pretty well thinned out by 140-150 and the majority of the oil is being used for cooling in a BB turbo. Some factory turbo systems I believe are set as low as 130. Its a great safety and from a cold start I do not mind the time to get everything up to temp, but after sitting a few hours in a lot and looking to play it can be a bit embarrassing telling someone to wait for that last few degrees. Maybe a change for starts above 100 degrees we can get full boost quicker. The turbo with the blanket is already at operating temps in these situations.

Can I ask when V131 was added?
I just updated today from V130 to V131 and my PI didnt work. I loaded V130 back into my Jb4 and PI is working again.

Time for port injection or WMI to take some stress off the high pressure pump!

You can try swapping the high pressure pump for a new one... But depending on the fuel mixture you could be making a lot more power than you think running 17psi @ 6400rpm...

Hi,

I'm using the BB ST BEF for I8A0S, pump gas.

4bar MAP.

I installed the single turbo firmware, and am running the most recent interface.

I followed the recommendations for ST duty bias and FF starting points, then moved up.

The wastegate spring is only 5psi.

With FF at 150, and duty bias at 100 across the board (tripling underlying number, correct?) I still severely underboost. Any ideas on how to reach target?

I realize the spring is weak, but wgdc is nowhere near maxxed.

Car actually is single turbo GT35ish sized 2007 335i MT.

Thanks!

Never mind.

Duty bias at 1500rpm must be 50.
