what oil are you E85 guys using? -

Hi guys
did a search seems most are either running Mobil with a few using Motul
Ive been running Motul 300V 5W40, E90 335 JB4 Bolt ons 2/3rds E85 mix
wondering what others are using?

curious what weight you are using and what sort of ambient temps you see where you live?
we see 5 degree lows in winter 30+ degree highs in summer Celsius
some days we see closer to zero and in the summer 45+ sometimes but those are extremes

I'm using 0w-40 penzoil euro formula it hold up pretty good, doesn't seem to burn as quick and it's still pretty clean..

Motul 8100 X-Cess 5w40, very similar to the 300v, a lot cheaper.

I'm in Dallas TX. It's pretty warm here. Winter we may see high teens and summer 106ish. So far it's been in the 90's but I generally don't drive the car too hard when the temps are hot out.. I usually try not to even be out if I don't have to lol

I'm near Dallas as well, we seem to have somewhat similar ranges in temperature than were you live.
